Asking for specific documents
Not great communication. I heard nothing nothing nothing … then I was told to upload a document pronto. I didn’t like having multiple people to talk to. I liked Jakoby from my first encounter and I would reach out to him With questions b/c I didn’t know who else t ask.
Jennifer was great. There were communication issue with other individuals along the way.

the people at Freedom mortage had a problem speaking clear simple English. and in your line of business, you must speak clear, and your comprehension is a must. as far as Tony Torres and I we had no problem understanding each other. and i made sure to tell him that he was a pleasure to talk to and understand. by the way I'M Puerto Rican. so, the comments i make are not to hurt anyone but when you're dealing with a lot of money you want an ENGLISH-SPEAKING PERSON. tony is a 10 in my BOOK. thank you John A Velazquez
