My first application was cancelled without warning and when I called to get help about it, I had the displeasure of dealing someone who introduced themself as "Angel." This person had me calling the VA housing department directly to tell them to "give me a copy of my CAIVRS report" - the report that Angel or someone on the MAC team should have provided me, with a phone number to contact to have CAIVRS cleared.
