She's also the first person I contacted and she's the one who found a process that worked for me and called me back after I had been denied. She's 100% a Rockstar who kept this whole thing afloat.

From the start with Michael Howarth to working with Jamie Wright everything was SUPER smooth. We were explained what documents were needed and they were promptly reviewed and given to underwriting. This was likely one of the smoothest home buying experiences we've ever had. We've recommended PennyMac to several of our friends currently looking to purchase their homes. Look at the file for this refi, what a disaster. Ashton was great to work with, however not having a direct number to call was a major pain in the ass. Serious issues with overall mx and escrow as well.
