Jesika Witzens and Abigail Rupin were amazing. They explained expectations and I felt as if I understood the process. Anytime they requested documentation, I had it to them within the hour. However, there were a few hiccups with the team that supports them. Documents were requested multiple times. It was not explained to me that the appraisal could not be ordered until we were 30 days before close. We had a 60-day escrow period on this deal. The ease of the process. However, it got a little tricky due to my husband not being able to be present and needing a POA for financial. it all worked out
It was a complicated process moving from TX to GA, but Sharyl made it easy. If it weren't for her, I don't think we would have closed. She is a great asset to the PennyMac team.
The whole process was easy and quick.
Multiple requests for the same document and not being able to just talk with just one person and being passed around was annoying. We got the job done, but not as smoothly as in the past.
