The process should assign just one rep. There were many times that I was contacted repeatedly and unneccessarily. It bacame confusing at times. Please fix this. PennyMac tends to OVER COMMUNICATE.

Ms Wiggins did great, the process itself was very easy, however I did have some questions/requests that were not answered, regarding debt payoffs for debt consolidation.
Communication was great, they never left me in the dark wondering what the next step was.
