Everyone at PennyMac were pleasant to work with and talk to. Barry, Jeremy, and other loan agents kept in contact regularly. The COVID deferment of my student loan threw us all for a loop but we managed to work through it and come to a happy conclusion.
Penny Mac and Grace were awesome ! Friendly and easy to work with!
We had to send the same documents several times. Our process started in October and did not get finalized until February. The checks we received to pay off the creditors were all based on old numbers and were therefore cut in an amount exceeding what we owe. This check issue has been a huge hassle.
My experience with PennyMac has been great. All persons I've dealt with was excellent. My refinances was done In less than a month.
It was easy, clear and Peter was responsive.
From application to close was a stress free experience! Shout out to Artuz, Anna and their team!
Liem has a communication problem
Liem was with us the whole way, just a smooth, easy, no stress experience. I could call anytime and people actually answered my call and were happy to talk with us. Penny Mac was outstanding…….Thank you Liem
