The expectation that was initially set by Anita was extremely false and inaccurate which caused me more of an inconvenience financially. You requested information that did not pertain to me, "Proof that I do not have a mortgage in forbearance". I do not have any mortgages so how could I have a loan in forbearance and this is something that was clear on my application and more than likely on my credit report. When I call and asked what forbearance was, the person on the other end did not know. I looked it up online. There were a few things just like this that took place.
