The process and closing took way less time then originally anticipated and everything ran very smoothly.
There was no communication on the closing. I didn’t receive the final revised Alta statement, I had to ask for it. The title company was horrible. Fire them immediately. They missed my husband on the documents causing a later closing where I could have lost my lock on the loan, when rates just skyrocketed. I tried to call to get confirmation that the lock would stay in place and no one called me back. I had one person say, “well they normally extend the lock.” That is not an answer. It was great.
I had many questions throughout this process. All I had to do was email them and Raven or the MAC Team would respond. Or if I called someone I'd get a response back the same day. Sometimes it would be the same question and they'd explain it to me kindly again. Also when it was time to close they found me a place near by and it was done in less than an hour. I really appreciate the help from the whole Team. Thank y'all!!
