If I had to do the process over again, I would not use PennyMac. I was confused a majority of the time. I feel my a lot of things were not explained clearly explained. I had difficulty getting items done. My old PennyMac account kept coming up instead of my new PennyMac loan; it was confusing. The PennyMac staff were very helpful. Rosario in particular was amazing as was my initial loan officer, Trisha.
Closed earlier than expected. Whenever we called, tha MAC team had all the answers.
