Train your representatives to better answer questions, show concern by listening to the customer response and follow-up on their concerns rather than repeating a script, stop requesting documents that were already uploaded, have anyone who send an email actually sign their name for accountability. I had to scream to get myself heard.
We were frustrated with all the back and forth of documents. Closing went well except no one communicated that we needed a check at closing. We did not get EFT until after closing which cost us time from work.
Very professional and attentive.
Appraisal for energy efficient homes was horrible. Had the paperwork all wrong regarding my trust and lady bird deed. Typo in loan value without communication delayed process.
The entire process from start to finish was very easy and the communication from PennyMac was clear and simple. Great experience from a great team of professionals!
