It took a while to respond to my questions each time I had one. There was no direct communication between myself and the guy who started the loan.
When I called I got the answer I was looking for
I am not computer savvy and I explained that at the beginning of the process . Each time zi was asked to provide information I was assisted in how to do it. Could not have completed the loan process without their help.
Allow the borrower to use their own money to pay off what he or she wants to and not dictates which debt should be paid.

The experience I had with my refi was spectacular! Everything was clearly defined and explained to me, the online signing of documentation made things simple and it was all very timely! My first application was cancelled without warning and when I called to get help about it, I had the displeasure of dealing someone who introduced themself as "Angel." This person had me calling the VA housing department directly to tell them to "give me a copy of my CAIVRS report" - the report that Angel or someone on the MAC team should have provided me, with a phone number to contact to have CAIVRS cleared.
