I was a little unsure about refinance, but Latrice explained it in a very clean and clear manner. The ease of the process. However, it got a little tricky due to my husband not being able to be present and needing a POA for financial. it all worked out
Multiple requests for the same document and not being able to just talk with just one person and being passed around was annoying. We got the job done, but not as smoothly as in the past.
