There is a lot of competition for business from various Loan companies out there. All these companies give different offers and willing to win your business. Your company have to do their own research and have their own competitive offers and not waiting for a client to bring an offer from another source for you to match the offer, such practices will discourage a potential client because your company is a bigger and more organize company than most of those others out there. Rashawna walked me through a refinance process and answered all my questions in a timely and patient manner, and she kept me posted on everything that was going on, I would reccomend her 10 stars to anyone. I do wish that Pennymac would assign one loan agent to each client as I did receive multiple calls from other people within the company pertaining to the loan and it was frustrating as the client to be talking to different parties and noone would have the right information. The process should assign just one rep. There were many times that I was contacted repeatedly and unneccessarily. It bacame confusing at times. Please fix this. PennyMac tends to OVER COMMUNICATE.
