I am not computer savvy and I explained that at the beginning of the process . Each time zi was asked to provide information I was assisted in how to do it. Could not have completed the loan process without their help.

Laci did an excellent job with proving the information and explaining everything. Laci was also the second loan officer we had come out in that week, due to the first loan officer not having correct information. My experience calling to get the information corrected was not very good. I ended up emailing and threatening to not go through with the refinancing .
