Our PennyMac team was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process. Very pleased with our experience!
The experience was smooth and easy from the start! I’m glad we were able to close in a timely manner.
They were very responsive and communicated well. The only thing is I was told they keep the loan in house and a month after closing we received paperwork that our loan has been taken over by a different company.
