The team was extremely helpful and patient with me. I had a lot of questions, sometimes the same questions. It was frustrating to me not understanding some of the process however, they were always helpful and understanding. Thank you for all your help during this time. I made several calls to dash’s jones and she never returned my calls. I was told she would return my calls but never did. Was told she was my loan agent and I had to always speak with someone different when I called.
My experience was very good. I had clear and prompt communication with the representatives. The refinance process went quickly and accurately.

I am not real tech savvy and don’t like doing things by email. I felt unsure of things when I would receive emails every day or so requesting yet another look at documents that I really did not understand. Guess I just like doing things more in person.
