I had delayed refinancing even though my last mortgage Company was screwing up my monthly payments with escrow, and I commend Michael Flowers for his patience as I nearly backed out at the beginning. My biggest problems were with the E-sign documents, Once I signed on, it would not allow me to update or review my material. I finally, got a tech support person to fix that, but I have PTSD from the Service and minor problems cause me to get very nervous.
