Everyone was very kind and explained the process of our refinance very well. The process went smoothly and now we’re saving $150 a month! PennyMac customer service is also kind and helpful! The website is easy to manage. I would definitely refer anyone to PennyMac over the other mortgage companies we’ve had in the past.

Everyone at PennyMac were pleasant to work with and talk to. Barry, Jeremy, and other loan agents kept in contact regularly. The COVID deferment of my student loan threw us all for a loop but we managed to work through it and come to a happy conclusion.
