Pennymac gave us a much better rate than others were offering and was able to get us the cash out we wanted. They were very responsive to questions and did their best to explain things that were unclear. A lot of the documentation requests were repeated multiple times, apparently because the requests are automatic, even when they didn't apply to my situation or they didn't exist. Otherwise, I was pleased with the process.
Communication between the internal team, Lamara was great!

It was difficult having multiple individuals to communicate with since they did not seem to have consistent information about what was going on. Also the main members of the Mac team were not able to answer any questions that varied from the most straightforward issues except with stock seemingly scripted answers.
