Closing was canceled the first time with absolutely no notification. Closing was then down to the wire without knowing if the MAC team would get the docs to the notary in time for the already rescheduled closing. It was communicated our deposit would be made directly to our checking account and a blank check was provided for this and yet a physical check was mailed to us with no correspondence.
