Start to finish the process, customer service was friendly, professional and helpful. I was kept up to date every step of the way, process was explained thoroughly and I was able to close earlier than anticipated. Definitely a great experience and would recommend the PennyMac team.

Dragging your feet so long then asking for same documents over and over. Started process in. Didnt close til January. Would never use again. Unless massive changes.

Tiffany was pretty good, I did get asked to provide one doc several times but then it was communicated why I needed it. I did think there were too many hands in the pot but she was very detailed and very accurate and timely with her calls.
