Everything went smoothly as promised. The refinance process was easy, fast, and everything worked out on time. Thank you
One person of contact through the process. Closing agent being able to answer questions. Clarity in nomenclature and penny for penny of the old loan to the new loan. Seems like money was "lost"
Everything was very smooth. In the final phone call before closing, however, I was told that my monthly payment would be around $726 and I was to get $1100 back that I was to go over with the notary how I would like that refunded. My payment is more around $750 and there was no refund. Which both are fine because I would have just reapplied any refund to my loan, but the information should be uniform for no unexpected surprises and confusion.

Communication was lacking as our loan application initially was canceled without our knowledge, for no good reason and no explanation. We waited several weeks thinking it was being reviewed and no one notified us it had been canceled.
There was a long period of time i asked for multiple phones calls back and they were never returned
