LaToyaka was awesome. I was completely frustrated with the process and reconsidering my choice. She came on and things instantly started to move. Prior to her, the communication was almost non-existent. She kept in contact with me and let me know exactly what to expect next. I really appreciate the work she put in to get us through the process.

What a breeze and satisfactory experience. I had been with Pennymac mortgage company for about 7 years. Never refinance so I was unsure of what do. Kami Weber and all were great braking it down and walking me thru the hole time. All of my questions were answered with a timely manner couldn’t asked for any other great company.
