I can't get over how smooth and timely my refinance was processed. All the representatives that were involved with this were very pleasant when we had to speak and also very timely when we communicated via email. There was no delay, they got to you within a half-hour of a question. I have already recommended my friends to PennyMac.
good, positive, and effective with PannyMac. I did not receive my money till Feb 4 although the loan closed on Jan 25. Phone Communication with the title company was not positive.
