Loan team was able to be flexible and work with our situation as the seller made the process more difficult.

Ok is what I have
I was told we would receive an phone update each week through the process and that did not happen. I had to call to get any info at all. I never spoke to Candace. When I did call in the people I spoke to were friendly and apologetic but the info they gave me was not always accurate and there was never any follow up to make sure I was informed. I thought the process would be fairly simple since Pennymac held our existing loan but that was not the case. I am glad that it is over but I would not recommend Pennymac.
Everything was done professionally.
