Great service
Nancy Shead was great! I have nothing but good things to say about her. PennyMac as a company is GARBAGE! I wish I could go back in time and live in a world where PennyMac never existed. The entire process of the home loan was awful with the exception of the people. PennyMac people are great. The one good thing I can say about PennyMac is the quality of their employees. As a mortgage company, it can't get any worse...
Many repeated references to the same documents to different people in the company, instead of requiring them from each other.
Very understanding in times of stress
Our closing paperwork was wrong and we had to redo it and bring more closing cost than we were told
