Most of the problems occurred with my computer and the ISP I will be changing ISP as soon as my move is completed. Paul did very good with the changing circumstances of the internet process and my limited options of communication.
I received one set of closing documents but at closing. The numbers were different. No one could explain why and how they sent the different documents
I could not have asked for smoother process in a refinance. I had a million questions and all were answered in a timely manner.
