Nicholas was great and did a good job of keeping in touch for every step of the process.
The process was confusing. Documents were emailed to us without anyone explaining the documents. Not a loan person, did not understand everything we needed to sign. Questions were asked but we did not receive a timely response. You made the process easy, but someone needs to be more hands on. The notary did a great job when we signed the closing documents. I commend you for making the process easy for veterans.
Pennymac made the process clear and easy. I'm very happy that as my current Mortgage company, they were more that happy to give me very competitive refinance rates.

Better communication. Being able to always talk to the same person and not having to keep repeating myself. When the process initiated, we were never told that we would be handed off to another individual, or team. We should have had that explanation instead of a phone call from a stranger.
