This was nerve wracking at first since I had never refinanced before but to know support was a phone call away made me feel at ease. I appreciated the agents taking time to answer all my questions and in a way that made sense to me.
This whole process was amazing! It was so easy. I think I had a total time of less than four hours from start to finish. It took less than two weeks from start to finish. I am very pleased with the whole experience! I will never use another mortgage company.
Help in setting up new loan. Refinanced mortgage held by PennyMac but have not been able to get proper information to set up new loan and auto pay. Disappointing
