Tanairy was pleasant and stayed on top of informing me weekly of the progress of my loan.
Joselyn was great to work with and communicated very well. She reached out multiple times to explain the next step, check on my progress and to see if I had any questions. Joselyn was able to answer all questions I asked of her directly. The reason I did not rate the overall experience higher is NOT a reflection of Joselyn's customer service. We have been with Penny Mac for our past two homes now, and it’s been a great experience! No complaints!
The short processing time was awesome. Some of the "other" members of the PM team (not Collin) were unclear in their instructions and resulted in me having to make multiple calls and email inquiries to complete the loan.
