Easy process and it’s saving me money

Very easy to work with. Will def use pennymac again.
There were a few closing documents that were not what I expected, such as an assignment of rents document and a title document that I would have liked to have explained in advance. There was no one available to talk to me during closing when I called to ask questions and the people who answered the phone had no idea how to answer. That was very frustrating. At the time of closing, there should be someone familiar with the account available to answer questions.
