Being bounced around the phone calls. Was told that I had lien debt due to student loans that were defaulted. Penny Mac made me take a day from work to find that THEY copied my SSN incorrectly into their system. Lots of attitude from rep. when I attempted to explain my side. Need to listen more to their clients and not assume things.

When the date was coming closer is I was the one making multiple call to get us over the finish line. I would submit the same documents multiple times. When it came to my appraisal all was said to me was that it wasn’t submitted yet. So I did some research of own to find out who the appraisers were and called them to find out they made a mistake.
