It was a good experience. They were clear in the proposal, fast in communication and in the execution of the process
The whole process was fast and easy.
I was able to talk to an actual person and did not have to wait on hold for long periods of time.
Asking for docs and information they already had. Not being able to contact anyone directly. No responses to emails. And the title provider (Service Link) was terrible. Nobody could get the deed correct. They sent someone to my house to sign (we took work off) and the documents were completely wrong. The next time, they were still wrong. Service Link does not respond to emails. Good rate, though.
I only had a couple interactions. She was fine and answered my questions.
