The loan process went smoothly except for minor details but overall we’re so greatful and help us more financially with our monthly mortgage.Again ,thank you so much for all PennyMac staff that made this loan possible.
Questions and requests were answered and completed correctly.
My original loan request was for 280, I was called and told my loan application was excepted. I even sign the closing documents that was loaded, but then I went back to look again and they was gone. I talked to someone at penny Mac and they re uploaded so I could look over once more....we already had a date and time set for the finally signing to be done. Overall, the process was great and all reps for PennyMac were available and responsive to any of the questions I had throughout the process. Pretty smooth process overall. While the process wasn’t perfect, because each situation is different for ever loan, I still would recommend this company as they worked really hard to make my refinance work for my situation and meet my needs. Would give 5 starts for effort and service.

Penny Mac made our home buying process stress free. Everyone there communicated efficiently and answered questions promptly. Even when the builder caused our inspection to be delayed Cindy and the Penny Mac team worked over to make our closing date!!
