My experience was overall seamless I just didn't appreciate my processor Karina. She did call with updates step by step which I appreciate but her responses were always short and she was eager to hang up. When a discrepancy came up rather than working with me to understand the problem she formed an attitude and just kept repeating the issue which got us nowhere. Poor communication, not treated as a priority once initial stages completed, lack of information provided, rude interaction with Karina after she was clearly frustrated with my questions and misinformation provided, unhappy with time frame and no reasons cited for why it took longer than initially thought

James Wright was awesome process was great until I was handed off to a different processor because James Wright went on vacation. Wasn't able to close for an additional 4 to 5 days. If Mr Wright would have completed my process I believe it would have been a great experience through the entire process
