Noemy Soriano was very polite. She always stated her name and who she was calling for. Always asked if it was a good time to talk, which I appreciated. Also told me that the calls were being recorded. She and whoever answered when I called back were quick to pick up on where we left off, or where we had left things. Very professional and well trained.
Everything was easy.
My loan officer was spectacular….honest, knowledgeable, personable. Ivonne was very helpful and understanding. When there was a little glitch near the end of my closing, she did everything she could to make it right and was empathetic to my frustration. I would definitely use PennyMac again in the future.

Cesar did a great job with what was a really complicated loan. He appeared to be in a large bureaucratic situation where some things slipped through the cracks or took longer than expected to get a response. Cesar was always prompt in responding and helpful in his communication with me and made himself very available. I appreciate his customer service mindset.
