A faster more streamlined process. Less request for the same document more than once and better communication.
Tynisha was a delight to work with. Professional and personable and great about updating status of loan process. PennyMac, on the other hand., less so. Continuing to send emails touting rates less than my rate.
All agents were helpful and very pleasant to deal with. A couple of the forms requested were requested by different people therefore more than 1 request was received. The overall experience was good.
Mr. Fryer is very knowledgeable and professional, he answered all questions promptly and if he didn’t have immediate an answer, he informed he would find out from upper echelon and got back with me in a timely manner. I would definitely refer PennyMac and Mr Fryer to family and friends. He’s a true asset to his department and Company
