I had a few minor issues with the documentation and was a little annoyed about requests for insurance coverage on other properties but overall better process than another loan company I had used. The online process made it very fast and convenient.

The whole team at Pennymac was great to work with. Very responsive and helpful.
I did not hear from Brenda until the closing process hit some hiccups. She did not communicate as much as we would have liked. I also reached out to Brenda multiple times with questions about my loan via email, and she never responded. When I tried to call, she was not available. The other employees that helped me were great
