Great experience
Delighted to. We had expectations of paying off our unsecured debts. Instead Pennymac decided to pay off all of Mike's debts and leave Mindy with $7500.00 +/- in unsecured debt. Probably b/c Mindy is still working and he is retired. What you don't understand is that it is family debt that happens to be in Mindy's name only. After settlement ( the worst settlement company ever: DOMA, we are going to contact the Baltimore Business Bureau about them) we both tried to contact them about what we thought was an error. Great experience
It was a pretty easy process.
Very easy and fast process to refinance our mortgage.
Overall experience was pretty good. The amount of time it took was much longer than expected and that was not communicated well, however I would recommend PennyMac and overall pleased with transaction.
Clearer communications. Phone service was breaking up. Did not speak very clear English. Sometimes hard to understand and communicate with. Sometimes left me confused.
