We had a pennymac loan on the home we sold. I thought our loan process would be easy since great track record with the company..it was not we had a horrible experience

Great and easy refinance!
Our refinance process began on October 1st, 2021, and everything was submitted and completed on our end by 29th of that month. We continued to receive emails stating that we would hear in five more days. We received that email either three or four times in total, without any explanation for the holdup. We eventually had to call almost daily, and demand to speak to a supervisor to figure out why there was such a delay.
