Nothing really. I was just not familiar with all the verbage.
Multiple requests for the same documents, closing date slipping without being contacted. I ended up providing the documents needed that PM was waiting for. Could have provided the same documents 2 months prior if asked. Delayed closing cost me over $4000. Everything worked out in the end, I guess.
Mr. Munoz always responded to my questions and emails the same day, usually within a few hours.
