As this was a VA refinance, it was a speedy process and PennyMac was there to answered our questions.
The title company had a multitude of errors and failed at most every opportunity to correct them. Julianna was great, but the issues were with title and closing. We were delayed due to errors by Radian and I will be dealing with correcting the escrow errors for the next few weeks to come, once my account is ready on the service side.
From start to finish my refinancing was such an easy process. I was guided by very professional associates during the whole process. I highly recommend PennyMac Mortgage Services and a big shout out to Jessica Raynor!’
