Everything was smooth and easy..... thank you
I has to call PennyMac myself to get updates/status of process, I NEVER EVER heard from Tashia Hoeskstra during the entire process, i based my answers on survey off what services i received from her which was NONE, she was just a loan officer in name ONLY, i did all the calling but when i did talk with someone, my questions were answered promptly or was transferred to someone who did answer my questions. In closing, i felt that i had to call and do everything on my own.
We enjoyed and easy experience.
I was generally not able to talk with a real person and if I did it was a different person that didn’t know what was going on.

The Penny Mac loan experience was great. I contacted Penny Mac and from there their team of experts guided me through the process. I had no delays. I was given a low rate but when I thought I could receive a better rate Penny Mac quickly lowered my already low rate to an even better rate. Thanks Penny Mac for taking care of me and my family with our home purchase.
