Very straightforward with how things went. There was one document that had a large amount of Transfer Fees on it that I wasnt sure what that was for. I received an explanation and updated documents.

I got my loan approved in a timely matter
Jon scheduled a weekly touch base with me just to check in--even if there really wasn't anything new. If there was movement or a request, he would reach out to me and not hold for the weekly meeting. Communication was excellent.
