Grace was the only person at Penny Mac that I wanted to talk too. I didn't really care for the other customer service agents I had talked with. I like talking to just one person when I'm going through a process with financing. So to break it down, Grace Sparks was awesome! Caesar Rodriguez was in a hurry and under pressure I could sense but he knew his stuff. The underwriters we're the one's that kept goofing up and that's what drugged the process on so long. Edna communicated with me often and kept me up to date with the status of my loan. The process was smooth for the most part with some delays from the bank, but overall there were no issues and we closed on time.

My bank account number could have been input by someone who actually cared if it were correct, perhaps enough to double check it. You see, now I wait for the bank and the lawyer to figure out what to do next. I explained from day one that I didn't owe miscellaneous debt, but cheques came to me for my former creditors anyway. NIGHTMARE.
