It’s really not all on Tennille. She had gotten sick and was out for about two weeks leading up to my close. My major issue was that I was told over and over leading up to close that all of my documents were good and nothing was needed. Then, on the day of close, there were a bunch of issues because someone finally reviewed my file (not sure why files are reviewed as items are received). We had a very good experience with the Mac team members.
The entire process went smoothly and quickly. My questions were answered promptly. A great overall experience.
This time we actually had a lot of help. Compared to the last time we were trying to refinance with Penney Mac.
I was already a Pennymac customer. This was a refi of an existing loan with Pennymac. The proof of my ability to pay was a waste of time and paper. The process should have been easier. Start to finish took 55 days.
