The process was simple and easy. Everyone that helped me were pleasant and kept me well informed.
I wish I could’ve just done my whole loan process with one person (Alan Chichakly).
This was long and unneeded process due the handling for the original loan processor Jason P. I had to contact the BBB and file a complaint at get my load was closed without notice to me and the unwillingness to correct the errors made in documentation at closing. Very unprofessional at first but Nolan and Merrill were much better and very understanding and responsive to all situations.
Repeated request for the same documents. Calling and not getting proper answers from various reps. Not granting request that we’re approved the first time. Several corrections
We are return customers. There were no surprises and the whole process proceeded as expected.
