Very professional, highly efficient.
This was a very cumbersome process to administer. Yesenia did a good job with the process but surely the process itself and the number of steps could be improved for further gains in customer satisfaction.
Seemless process with clearly defined timeline and communication.
While the beginning and end of the process moved quickly, things really bogged down during the middle. Processing the documents took a long time. In addition, communication between the different teams could have been improved; i.e., we made it quite clear that we wanted our Bank of America line of credit to be paid off rather than going through a subordination process which would have delayed things. Absolutely amazing and really appreciate the attention to detail and nice, calm and collected method of communication.
It went as planned.
Each email stated I would get an update within 1 week but when I received it--I was still at the same point/no progression. This happened several times during the process.
