Although the process seam to have stalled midway through, due to miscommunication, the overall process resulted in us being able to refinance & remain with PennyMac. Mission accomplished!
Recommend providing clarification and double checking information. Multiple occasions throughout the process where documents were not updated, incorrect, or explanations provided for delays were not accurate.
