Things were a bit shaky in the beginning, but then as Ms. Wiggins began to communicate with me personally, thing improved.
I was nervous about the refinance loan process but Max Mitchell and the rest of the Penny Mac team walked me through with ease. I felt calm and walked away more educated than when I went through my initail loan process two years earlier. I really appreciate how things were explained.
Communication was excellent
Kelvey always was professional, prompt, kind, and even made me smile. Doing a Re-fi can be an unpleasant experience but Mr Becks made it go smoothly and even close more quickly than expected. I have referred a friend already.
