kelvey gets a 10 out of 10. However, there were so many issues and things that were not shared which caused a lot of panic and confusion coming from the LO. I would say that training is needed with LO who work with buyers, especially in CA. I was very clear that I needed the loan to close within 30 days and it took two months. Then I was very clear about the cost of the loan and those were changed as we went along. There were just too many issues. Kelvey did fill in the gaps. He should get a raise.
Be more accurate in your constant requests for documents that were already submitted
Pennymac looked out for my best interests.
The survey says it's for evaluation of Zanetta, but most questions were beyond her control. She was great, but it often took 3, 4 5, tries to get Pennymac to acknowledge documentation we sent several times - that had nothing to do with Zanetta Please make sure this evaluation does not reflect negatively on Zanetta -she was great.
We did not close on time. The paperwork was wrong and not mine.
Tennille refused to answer phone calls and emails, tried to push my closing date, did not clearly communicate documents/inspections needed, and completely neglected my loan application. Her manager Maria Williams had to basically take over, and it cost me several hundred dollars to close on time since Tennille poorly communicated. I will never recommend Pennymac to my friends and family from the way I was treated.
Overall pretty seamless experience. Just a little over communication with the CLOSING arrangments.
I had no issues with the process. The low rating on referrals is my personal opinion not to refer services by any company to friends or family...just my personal philosophy.
