Ms Cordeo stayed in contact making sure we knew where we stood in the process, and was available with any questions we had. She was very pleasant and informative throughout the process.
Linda was AWESOME! I don't want this to affect her. The team kept asking for other items after I was told it was complete, she was the messenger.

The professional way that they did everything was great. Mrs. Frazier let me know every few days how everything was proceeding.

Overall Good easy transaction except at the end when there was some confusion with my wife’s name.
While the beginning and end of the process moved quickly, things really bogged down during the middle. Processing the documents took a long time. In addition, communication between the different teams could have been improved; i.e., we made it quite clear that we wanted our Bank of America line of credit to be paid off rather than going through a subordination process which would have delayed things.
