The overall process and experience was received well and I appreciate the care and concern the agents had when taking care of my needs. In addition they were fast and efficient with responses and going through the process
Well the apr was right but the other rate was higher with out anybody saying anything. I felt like they were sneaking it. Wasn't happy at all about it. In addition, I left a message for Glen to call me at Pennie Mac before closing and nobody called me back. That was very disappointing.

Just a couple of hiccups - accuracy in spelling named
The closing experience was a little off, but that was due to the notary. Lots of paperwork was missed, delaying our loan. We have yet to be funded so still waiting. Communication could have been a little better, but otherwise it was good!
