This process was great it was easy to understand and I was walked through the process and all questions were answered promptly
Laci was very proactive in reaching out and providing information to me about the closing. Everything was communicated clearly and she was highly responsive. I was very pleased with the level of service she provided me for my closing.
Great experience
I went through TWO other mortgage companies.. that was a complete waste of time! I should have stayed with Penny mac the FIRST time!
On date of closing, notary was 20 minutes early, provided no copies of closing documents and stated that they would be mailed to us. We still have not received them. I immediately emailed PennyMac to let them know of our experience and got no response.
It’s been a great experience working with Jenny and the whole team. Russell has been very helpful in all the process. I will refer Pennymac services to my friends and family.

My experience was overall pretty great. Everything was explained to us and whenever we had questions they were answered clearly in a timely fashion. Ms. Northcutt was also very kind and helpful throughout the entire process.
Simple and clear process made the refinance very smooth.
