The teams were not communicating and it was quite frustrating.
From the beginning to the completion of the process everything went very smoothly. We were extremely pleased with the process.
We had incorrect documents that were completed at the start of our loan which caused an issue in the process for the VA loan. We were sent an email that stated COE needed to be fixed. We did not know what a COE was, and the individual on the phone (Not Krystal Fuentes), did not have the knowledge to help us understand what we needed to do. Iam was great to work with.
Thought that Janet was very persistent and used words to pressure me in to making an impulsive decision while I was on the phone instead of getting back to her after having time to speak with my husband. I understand she has a job to do, but she didn’t seem particularly sensitive to my needs and I’m the one who is refinancing the loan. Even telling me that my responses in this survey will impact her bonus seemed unprofessional.
Michelle Lofton needs to be more knowledgeable and able to communicate with certainty - the things that the client needs to fulfill on the client’s end. She seems unsure of what she’s doing and asking for- I had to call Deaon Saunders several times to Get the desired answers. Deaon was amazing from start to finish! He communicated trust and certainty over what he was doing, and therefore made the “emotional process” of the refinancing less stressful to a great extent.
