You are asking me to rate a person I never once heard from. And I don't think that's on her, that's on the size of your organization and how many different people you make me speak with. I had to apply twice. First time did not go so smooth.
Nancy and her team made the process very easy. Everything was communicated to us simply and precise. All our questions were answered that we needed. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
There was some sort of miscommunication on the side of the title company. I sent them the paperwork needed, however they missed it. Unfortunately no one shared that with me so I kept receiving emails saying we were weeks out from closing, which I thought was going to affect my locked in rates. From start to finish everyone was very professional.

When you start this process you have a person assigned to you and I guess somewhere down the line that person change to another department and no one tells you the 1st person is no longer involved - then the second person introduce themselves and documents that are needed was never communicated and you guys are waiting and we don’t know they were needed - We signed our documents on 24 January 2022 and we are still waiting for our Money to be deposited into our account and we get a Survey to fill out - We are not sure it’s Cl... read more
